Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with all original designer tags and security seals attached back into the original Anna October packaging.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier point and retain your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
